Terms & Conditions Legowin – Terms of Use for Our Platform

Welcome to Legowin. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Legowin ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Legowin platform at legowin.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with all policies incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Legowin platform, including visitors, registered members, and any party that interacts with our services — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other digital channel made available by Legowin from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Legowin platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

To access the full range of Legowin's services, you are required to register for a user account. Registration is free and open to all individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never had a Legowin account suspended or terminated previously.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.

One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold and operate only one (1) Legowin account at any given time. Owning or using more than one account – whether in your own name, using another person's details, or by any other means – is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or winnings.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details secure and confidential. Legowin will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Please notify us immediately at support@legowin.app if you suspect your account has been compromised.

All financial transactions on Legowin are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Our platform supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks)

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. Maximum limits depend on your chosen payment method and account verification level. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits based on their VIP tier.

Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to Legowin's internal review process. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Legowin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of identity verification (KYC).

Withdrawal Requirements: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit. Winnings may be withdrawn to any supported method once the original deposit has been wagered at least once in a game.

Legowin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms and conditions, which will be outlined on the relevant promotions page.

Rollover Requirement (Wagering Requirement): Almost all bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawals are permitted. Example: A RM 50 bonus with a 20x rollover means you must wager RM 1,000 before the bonus or any related winnings can be withdrawn. The exact rollover requirements will be stated in the terms of each promotion.

Bonus Abuse: Legowin employs an advanced monitoring system to detect bonus abuse. Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or strategies designed to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

VIP Rewards Programme: Eligible members are automatically enrolled in the Legowin VIP Rewards Programme, which comprises five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers distinct benefits including weekly cashback, higher betting limits, and exclusive privileges. The full VIP programme terms can be found on the VIP Rewards.

The Legowin platform offers a wide range of game categories including live casino, slots, table games, football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, and other international leagues), and e-sports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, CS2, Valorant, and other titles). Each category has specific rules that must be followed.

Game Fairness: All games on the Legowin platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Legowin itself.

Sports Betting & E-Sports: All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once a match has started. For postponed or cancelled matches, specific bet settlement rules will apply as outlined in our betting guide. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, Legowin will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly for all parties. However, Legowin shall not be held liable for any losses arising from internet service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.

All content on the Legowin platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations – is the property of Legowin or our content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, or exploit any content on the Legowin platform in any way without prior written consent from Legowin. Any unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Legowin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Legowin reasonably believes that the member has violated any term in this document. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or termination include:

• Registering using false information or another person's details.
• Owning or operating more than one Legowin account.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system.
• Disrupting the platform's operations or other users' experience.
• Registering if you are under 18 years of age.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is a valid remaining balance in your account, Legowin will process it in accordance with our standard procedures.

Legowin takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, money laundering, and any illegal activity on our platform. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering laws in Malaysia.

All transactions on the Legowin platform are actively monitored. Should any suspicious activity be detected, Legowin reserves the right to:

• Suspending or freezing the account and all associated funds while an investigation is conducted.
• Requesting additional supporting documents to verify the source of funds.
• Report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia as required by law.
• Terminating accounts and forfeiting funds where fraud or illegal activity is proven.

In summary, Legowin collects your personal information solely to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal requirements (including KYC), and improve your user experience. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as stated in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

All data stored on Legowin's systems is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and other industry-standard technical security measures. However, no security system is entirely foolproof, and you also bear responsibility for safeguarding your account login credentials.

Legowin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we provide tools and support to help players manage their gaming activity.

Legowin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes via registered email or in-platform notifications. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most current version of the Terms.
